I love jazz music, especially LIVE jazz. I had the honor to join the musicians from AACM and a few other photographers in a live event at the Velvet Lounge in Chicago. Shortly after the performance started, I was infused with not just the mood of the music, but the atmosphere of the room was also overwhelming. There was not a person who was not enlighten by the experience. I was especially drawn to the musicians and their instruments.
